Journaling is an embodied practice that invites you to take time to connect with your body and notice where you are called to witness. Sometimes this act of really listening - deeply - to ourselves also involves noticing things you desire or that you have dismissed or ignored. It allows you to write, process, dream, plan and explore what you want more of in your life and how you want to feel in the second half of life.

How can Journaling help me in Menopause?

Menopause is an awakening on so many levels but how do we make sense of all that we are feeling, sensing and experiencing? Journaling helps us slow down, connect with our inner wisdom and give voice to those parts of ourselves that long to be expressed. It supports our mental health, and this is hugely beneficial as we ride the roller coaster of fluctuating hormones and experience their effects on our bodies, minds and emotions during the menopause transition. Gabriella Espinosa is a certified women’s health and sexuality coach, Menopause Educator, yoga and somatic movement teacher and founder of the online community, My Menopause Story. She is passionate about empowering women to KNOW, TRUST and APPRECIATE their bodies THROUGH perimenopause, menopause and beyond. 

Her work lies at the intersection of embodiment, neuroscience, eastern traditional wisdom, women's health, and is informed by over 15 years of guiding women to connect with their bodies through yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, embodiment practices and life coaching. She facilitates 1-1 and group coaching programs, leads retreats internationally and contributes her writing to leading publications in the UK and US.
