My purpose is to help you know and trust your body. Tuning in and really listening to how your body wants to be nourished by pleasure, movement, food, rest and meaningful connection.
When we are able to do this we connect more intimately with ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
I have spent the last 15 years informing and inspiring women to develop greater awareness of the physical, emotional and mental aspects of their inner world and embrace their WHOLE SELF through coaching, yoga, embodiment practices, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

It has been great to work with Gabriella holistically on both my yoga practice and also nutritional advice and support.
