What is Women’s Body Wisdom and what does it offer? 

Women’s Body Wisdom was founded to holistically support women in the transition from perimenopause, menopause and beyond empowering you to develop greater awareness of your body and embrace your WHOLE self.

Our bodies are an incredible source of intelligence, creative and personal power. The demands of work, family, life coupled with the hormonal shifts we experience as women can create stress, overwhelm and disconnect us from this inner wisdom. Our bodies are always speaking to us but we are too busy to listen to her needs.

I guide women to reconnect to their bodies through 1-1 coaching, movement, breathwork and lifestyle changes so that you feel empowered to take charge of your wellbeing and be the best advocate for your health.

I passionately believe that when you do this you experience greater joy, pleasure and meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you.
